Joe Griffith is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience spanning both the insurance and technology sectors. He was the Co-founder and COO of Cloverly Specialty, an innovative E&S SaaS InsurTech platform. Cloverly's "E&S in a box" solution enabled insurers and distribution channels to quickly and cost-effectively access specialty insurance products, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to Cloverly, Joe co-founded Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company with Mike Miller in 2018. As Senior Vice President and CIO, Joe was instrumental in building a future-proof digital business platform powered by advanced analytics, deep learning, and state-of-the-art technology. His vision and leadership at Ategrity helped drive over $500 million in sales.

Joe spent 22 years at Nationwide E&S/Specialty, where he held several technology leadership roles, including Vice President and CIO of Information Technology from 2006 to 2016. During his time at Nationwide, Joe played a critical role in the development and market launch of multiple new products, companies, and lines of business, supporting over $1 billion in premium growth. He pioneered the adoption of digital technologies and lean/agile delivery methodologies, driving IT performance, organizational change, and business value creation.

Joe is recognized for his ability to lead digital transformation and build highly engaged teams. His deep passion for driving business innovation through digital disruption has made him a key figure in the evolution of the E&S insurance marketplace.
